Coach Alex says: "Join our Bootcamp - Group Workout Program!"

And he means it. We invite all motivated fitness enthousiasts to come on board. Our  bootcamp style training currently takes place in Mar Vista Park  and Santa Monica. Relax, this one is not the  4:30am military call  that upsets your stomach and leaves you with a drained face for the rest of the day once the initial boost has worn off. We  figured there's plenty of these around - so we'd like to offer this after work and no drill sergeant attitude.. You have former NBA Pro Kevin Koch and Alex Gregory as your friendly and  focused coaches.

A study from California Pacific Orthopedic and Sports Medicine found that people doing outdoor exercise lost an average of 7.43 pounds and 6.17% body fat in eight weeks. That's because outdoors, your body is constantly challenged by inclines, declines and obstacles. you'll also improve your mood and boost self-esteem, according to recent research from the University of Essex in England. That's why we invite you to make a difference. We're happy to assist you in the gym - but allow us to take you outside and you will see incredible and long lasting results.

Combining the best routines and exercises

Ok so what's on the agenda?  Pain and more pain. Just kidding  We'll focus on a "best of"  workout taken from track and field, soccer, football, basketball, yoga and gymnastics for cardio and resistance. There'll be plenty of toning, sculpting and muscle building routines. For example...

  • pullups (assisted and non assisted)

...we know  know how to line them up so it all works and makes sense and that post exercise metabolism stays high.

Consider the group effect: people are ususally more motivated in a group -it's fun, a challenge at time, you'll feel like you belong to a team.
